Prices are based on groups from 2 to 10 adults. There is an addicional charge of 20 euros per person, per night for groups bigger than 10 adults.

A 200 euros security deposit is required. For stays longer than 5 nights a 300 euros security deposit is required. Such fee must be paid on arrival and it will be refunded on departure, if no damages occured.
There is a 200 euros booking fee to confirm a reservation, the balance to be paid in cash on arrival. For stays longer than 5 days the balance must be paid 10 days before arrival. If the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival the booking fee will be refunded; otherwise, the guest will lose the right to recover such amount.
Check in time is 3:00pm
Check out time is 12:00pm. According to availability the departure time might be postponed.
No pets allowed other than guide dogs.
